Service
LiteMX provides custom-domain email infrastructure for role inboxes, aliases, retention, audit logs, CLI, REST API, and MCP access. LiteMX is not a general-purpose webmail suite, bulk marketing platform, newsletter sender, cold-outbound platform, or helpdesk replacement.
During the private build and early access period, features, limits, pricing, provider integrations, and availability may change as the service stabilizes.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping account credentials, admin access, API tokens, CLI config, and MCP client config secure.
- Ensuring every domain, mailbox, alias, catchall, and DNS record you configure is authorized by you.
- Granting agents only the scopes and mailbox access they need.
- Reviewing agent-created drafts before sending when the content is sensitive, legal, financial, employment-related, medical, or otherwise high-risk.
- Complying with laws that apply to your messages, recipients, business, and jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You may not use LiteMX to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, purchased-list email, harvested-list email, or high-volume cold outbound.
- Send phishing, credential-harvesting, malware, ransomware, exploit, or deceptive impersonation content.
- Send mail that hides or falsifies sender identity, headers, routing data, domains, or subject lines.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, dox, exploit, or target people unlawfully.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, export control, sanctions, consumer protection, anti-spam, or telecommunications laws.
- Probe, scrape, overload, bypass limits, abuse APIs, evade rate limits, or interfere with service reliability.
- Resell LiteMX as a bulk sender, list-cleaning service, lead-generation sender, or spam-enabling infrastructure.
LiteMX may block sends, restrict domains, revoke tokens, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or contact providers when needed to protect recipients, customers, provider reputation, or the service.
Email Sending Rules
Outbound email must be wanted, truthful, and authorized. Commercial email must include accurate identity and subject information, a valid way to contact or identify the sender when legally required, and a working opt-out path when required. You must honor opt-outs promptly.
LiteMX may enforce account, mailbox, recipient, domain, complaint, bounce, and velocity limits. Free or private-build accounts may have inbound-only or draft-only access.
Content and Agents
You own or control the content you put into LiteMX. You grant LiteMX the rights needed to route, store, process, secure, transmit, and display that content so we can provide the service.
Agents and MCP clients act under the scopes you issue. If a token permits sending, actions taken with that token are treated as actions from your account.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse using account, mailbox, audit, delivery, bounce, complaint, DNS, and provider data. We may remove content, disable tokens, block domains, pause sending, suspend accounts, or terminate access when use presents legal, security, deliverability, reputation, or operational risk.
Disclaimers
LiteMX is provided as available during the private build unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, universal inbox placement, provider approval, or compatibility with every DNS host, recipient provider, MCP client, or agent framework.
